The dangers of meditation : Otherwise also known as channelling. “Channeling is a method of trying to communicate with the spirit world that has existed since antiquity”.
Talk about people Meditating. I’ve heard brothers and sisters in Christ talk about this before. I’ve read about this before and was somewhat ignorant to it years back. They say it is dangerous in essence leaning on wickedness. Why? The word of God warns of many things that indulge into the occult. This is the story of what happened to a person that did this. They are most probably similar stories around. There are related issues of things humans do that God warns about in the gospel. And people are ignorant to these things and they do them.
You know there are Christians who oppose secular music because it has a similar affect according to them or to people that study these things. We can’t condemn all music. Even music could indulge on the occult. They have issues with the repeated beat for example in rock music or Christian rock music that seems to draw up evil spirits as they say. The word of God warns about looking into those things. That means don’t do them. They are an abomination unto God. If they are in abomination to God so what are they to human beings then.
Truly you’re playing with consciousness when meditating. I guess it would require a deeper study. I’m just bringing the warning to your attention. There are people as I said who study these things. Jesus is real. The word of God warns of many things. The word of God is truth. God knows the thoughts of human beings. You know we have the technology to record our speech even into video motion & audio but everything humans think and do is exposed naked to a true eternal God. God says every deed whether it be good or bad God will be brought into judgment. So I came across this audio of meditation and urge you listen to it. Just a christians bringing this issue to Christians attention.
Perhaps at some other time I will look into this more in-in-depth. Turn to Christ. Read the Bible. The only thing we are to be meditating besides studying and learning school is as it is written in the word of God.
Here is a good example of what it is when we look deep into scripture.
