 Here are some tips as a Christian from me. This is from my heart. 

 

Living the life in Christ

Return to your 1st love (people get lose and become slack). You should grow as a Christian. Revelation 2:4-7

 

 

You must forgive others (doesn’t mean you’re going to hang around them). Maybe some you will. Pray for them.

It's a personal choice (sin) choices (we can’t always blame the devil)

You must pick up your cross daily (well you don’t have to but it is the right thing when it is called for to do so.)

You have to “always” seek his  righteousness Matthew 6:33 (don’t tell me you can’t have some common courtesy and some decency. You have time for everything else and excuses are nothing more than excuses.)

Renew the mind (set it on Godly things from above). Romans 12:2 We are called to live holy. Try to remember that. It’s not an easy thing to do in this rebellious world.

Spiritual fornication is evil (rebuke with long-suffering) There will be times you will have to redirect your actions. (There are times it’s unavoidable as people are wicked.)  Ephesians 5:3-7 

Wisdom of Solomon 14:12

“For the devising of idols was the beginning of spiritual fornication, and the invention of them the corruption of life.” 

Faith must grow (you can’t please God without faith!) you probably will realize that people will come against you including your own family members. This is nothing new as Jesus told us that this would be so. Jesus came to divide. Luke 12:51-53 You may experience Christians being worse than atheists at times. You have to have faith as Christ did and does. If you preach a solid gospel there are times Christians will say its Satan. Such hypocrites. Some people want to have their ears tickled. What does the Bible say about hell. Link

Pray always (Try not to pray in the streets and be like the hypocrites. They have their reward. (Find somewhere private). Try not to ramble on when you pray with many words. God knows what you will ask even before you ask it. He knows every thought. And remember he is holy.)

Examine yourselves to see if you’re in the faith (something all Christian should be doing) 2 Corinthians 13:5

Treat your nab-our as yourself (some Christians even being true believers turn people off. In a sense they are their worst enemies. Just like sinners are. We should remind ourselves to glorify the Lord by treating others with respect. What reward have you if you treat only those well who do you.) at the same time there is a cross to bear for true Christians. Remember that. Christ said those that aren’t willing to bear it are not worthy of him. And this is not about your works. This is about knowing your master and standing up for him and glorifying him.

 

You don’t have to rebuke everything that moves. 2 Timothy 4:2 Sometimes we have a tendency to do that. That’s because we wanna protect that which is sacred and holy. Sometimes we are offended by the enemy. We have to pick our battles and make sure their the lords battles in a sense. You have to be merciful as well. Don’t waste opportunities. True Christians are going to handle their Christian lives in different ways. You’re going to learn from trials and tribulations. As Apostle Peter said that they are valuable. 1 Peter 1:7 Some Christian’s will be newbies. Some have been around for years. I would suggest to be of service to the Lord and to tell others about the gospel. Encourage preaching of the gospel.

PS : I was not referring to evangelism. That is something all of us should do anyways. I also know we’re supposed to read the word of God and study His word. It’s also about relationship 1st.

Being perplexed - discouraged

Street preachers even in-house preachers who have evidence of their preaching and of works of righteousness with submission and repentance will tell you that there are people that they preach to that fell away even further and when they seen/re-encountered these people they hear them swearing and noticed un righteousness they are shocked.They could see the rebellion in such people. Such people have faith in themselves and not in Christ. Such people put their hope and salvation in the world. You know the Bible says that hell enlarge ns herself. The Bible also says that no flesh be justified before the Lord. That means when somebody dies and they stand before God no amount of excuses of worldly flesh desires are going to be inexcusable. We are not under the law but we have to have faith in Christ. Christ words were repent or Perish. You have to believe in the gospel as it is the power onto salvation. You have to believe what's written in the gospel about the Lord and his death buried and resurrection. You should have a good understanding and whom Christ truly was as the devil deceives the whole world. Christ said so many have ears but they don't hear.

Don't be worldly. This is a Christian concept. People could stretch this out of context. Don't be a friend of the world as written in James 4:4 True Christians especially if they are born again Christians they are to seek holiness and the righteousness of Christ. Being worldly would mean to indulge in those things that are sin filled and rebellious to the Lord. However there are many Street Preachers throughout the world and many people evangelizing the word of God. There are many missionaries. No one said you can't have some Godly enjoyable fun. I myself don't subscribe to the word fun. I would rather the word righteous enjoyment. Yes God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.

I think it is also a pleasure to worship the Lord and to sing songs and make melodies in your heart. We can’t be Pharisees.
