Invalid inheritance - You can't serve two masters

Invalid inheritance - You can't serve two masters

When people are asked about God or even if you learn of certain celebrities and their religious status meaning what they end up believing some say they are spiritual (they believe in spirituality) in some form or parts of God and some even claim to be biblical Christians yet others are deceived and lost. To be spiritual is like claiming to gravitate towards Gods eternal power (spirit) but not wanting what comes along with it or better put denying the power there-of. 2 Timothy 3:5 Many celebrities have demonstrated things that are abominations to-towards the true God and some claim believe-ism.

It is written rebellion is as witchcraft. 1 Samuel 15:23 And it is also written and known that pride comes before a fall. There are a couple of types of falls. People fall down and injure themselves. People fall away from following the true biblical Christ and their morals are unjust. People fall into many types of temptations. And it is written people would fall away in the end days. From what? To truly believe in the biblical non pagan Jewish bred & born Messiah that was given the title name Emmanuel at birth. 

As said it was the same in Noah's day as today. God doesn't change in the past or in the present. You can fall away and from never obtaining true salvation and find yourself at the judgment seat of Christ or in hell one day.

 

But what exactly does it mean to serve two masters? Some are in between true believer-ism and the world filled with abominations harboring hatred & they are in rebelliousness as they try to latch onto the world and claim to be believers. They may talk about love but its carnal and worldly. They don't understand the eternal type of love of God that the lord Jesus portrayed. 

 

You see Jesus didn't want people to become lazy and to start mistreating people thinking he's not seeing or he's not coming back.  He said to love your enemies as yourselves. How is that possible especially if the heart is abundantly wicked and the enemies are filled with all sorts of evils. Turn the other cheek. Pick up your cross. Many have an obscured vision of GOD. 

Faith .. Redeem the time. There will be crying and gnashing of teeth .. 

 

Again many people have an obscured vision of GOD. Just as many of us had before. John Lennon once wrote a book entitled: In his own right and he only wrote one such personal book. In that book he wrote about becoming famous. He explained the life before and the life after and talked about the powers that be and said the further the Beatles rose to fame there were more expectations as one goes up the ladder of success in power it just gets more bizarre per say ((complex)). He talked politics. See they have that human saying absolute power absolutely corrupts. Then they have that other saying that the powers that be are ordained by God. Maybe some of them but not all of them.  Some powers are not of GOD but of the devil. 

 

The distortion settles in is what ends up happening in people who even say they are believers than over time mold their own corruptible version of God or Jesus Christ. Its heaven or hell. There is no in between. Choose whom you will serve in your house. A woman of God is like gold.

Just as a written the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

  

What does it really mean to serve two masters? Gods word tells us to be in the world but not of the world. That means don't partake in its rebellion and wickedness. Nobody's promised another day so you don't know when you will face judgement before Gods council in the life to come. Some people come to know God and to say they are believers and then fall back into the world. We can’t be Pharisees but we can’t be blind and deaf. Sin brings forth death. You die spiritually. Many are walking dead already. Some are fortunate and others unfortunate. For instance there was a fella that was a war veteran reported in the media that won a huge amount of money in the lottery. They said God blessed him. Perhaps but how will that money be used? You can’t bring it with you. But the veteran man said in the media that he will be the same person he always had been. He said it won’t change him. Really!!! I hope so. It is written that money is the root of all evils. So this veteran  knows what evil is. On the other hand Jesus was rejected and despised and had nowhere to lay his head. The lord Jesus said that life is more than the body. He said to keep the temple holy and men won’t live on bread and water alone. And to God prostitution in the various formats that it appears leads to hell. It is very serious. He told the prostitute to go and sin no more. She was overwhelmed that he saved her. She showed compassion and gratitude just like the lady at Jacobs well.

 

Now than let me make it clear there is a huge difference between prosperity preachers related to John 2:16 and to Abraham being rich with God's mercy. And so it is written the same for King Solomon. Even JOB if it be a parable or a real person the same is true.

 

What happened to lots wife when she looked back? She turned into what? A pillar of salt! What did Jesus say? That the man who looks back is not fit for the Kingdom of God. 

 

So the moral of the story is it is impossible to serve God and ma-mom/hold on-to the world filled with rebellion and unrighteousness and serve the true GOD. The true way is not of the world. And the other tie-in is the rich young ruler that could not let go of his comfort proved just as many times celebrities prove that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle then it is in essence to serve two masters and truly be a child of God. That false comfortable way was keeping the rich young ruler from that narrow entrance to eternal life.

 

Open your ears. It is written: the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom.
