In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not

September 24, 2020 / 1.44 am September 26 2020 10:44 a, September 26, 2020

Image of David Lynn conversing with a former pasture who says Christianity is evil. Video will be posted below.

On September 24th, 2020 I started to write this blog about a personal experience close to my heart and then I later incorporated David Lynn's street preaching dialog which I thought went well into this blog.

Now in retrospect my subtitle was or pondering upon:

Deceived and in love/lost with the limelight of this life with little concern for the next one and where one will be either heaven or hell as here is no in-between.

Here are some things come to mind 1.) Birds of a feather flock together. 2.) Misery loves company. 3.) The devil blinds the minds of unbelievers. Even people who profess belief. More commonly referred to and written about in the gospel as a reprobates.  (The reprobate mind)! God says he will even appoint their portion with the unbelievers. Where do none believers go. Hell-fire. (Outer Darkness/void of Gods true light)

Some people say that when such people might be converted is after they hear preaching and there is an ultra-call. Some people were converted by hearing the word whereever they may have been. To be honest yes its true God doesn't desire for any to perish but they do. It is a condition of the NOT regenerated  un-repentant hardened heart which is drastic? And is hotile towards the God they know NOT. We know there are fallen Angels as well. Some people may be converted without delay while others never. Some could not care less and that’s one reason out of many why there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth on the Day of Judgment. Matthew 13:42 kjv

There are people that are glorified in their own lives and sort of self-serve and worship themselves. Especially in the modern generation. As written they shall be lovers of entertainment and high minded but refuse/resist sound doctrine in the end days and that is what is present. 2 Timithy 3:4 Such people are either deceived or in love with the limelight of this life. You have to understand that people do/have died in their sins and do perish. It's their own rebellion that sends them to hell and their refusal to repent and believe in the gospel. Sure there are exceptions which God would be the ultimate judge but that is not the norm. Matthew 7:2 The norm is repent and believe in the gospel or perish. Mark 1:15

Just to stress again I was writing this blog and in doing so I came across David Lynn's street preaching with dialog which I found very interesting. I think the subject matter fit into this blog well as it demonstrates peoples perception on life, sin, the flesh and the devil. So many are serving the god of this world. Lost people put their vain imaginations as serving their idols/images and they put bad for good central in their lives.

Now the video of David Lynn preaching on the street and conversing with a former pasture whom appears to now be a atheist and says Christianity is wicked/evil. Sin is evil.

After watching David Lynn's dialog this morning with a male/man whom is a Receiver as his profession in life I thought this was an interesting dialog back and forth. Lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3 5-6 This guy that David was talking to on the streets as he was preaching said he's a Receiver and that his mom is a born again Christian. He's agreed to give her a Christian funeral one day when she passes. He said he used to be pasture evangelizing the Bible/the inspired Word of God once on the streets. Now he appears to be an atheist and he has his own reviews/view of life and its complexities. He wasn't in favor of the Old Testament particularly. He gave some examples of gruesome things in the Old Testament. He said Canada was never a Christian Nation. He feels Christianity has caused more harm than good around the world. Now of course there are religions that claim to be Christian which are not and have done so. There was dialogue between this fella and David Lynn that was good to hear. David was profound in his back and forth dialogue as well. It was a good conversation between both men. It was actually a discussion. It was a conversation as people conversing and that is a good thing. There was talk about the Indigenous tribal people and their pain & sufferings. Even Donald Trump briefly came up in the conversation. Great issues discussed and disgust sometimes made the grade as there was some impatience on part of response. It was a long talk and David concluded by saying if any one comes up and tries to disprove God they cannot do so. They will be proved liars in other words.  David knows his lord Jesus and the gospel.

My general conclusion would be the fella in the yellow shirt who claims he was once evangelizing Gods word seems like somebody that really never had a personal experience/relationship with the biblical Jewish Lord Jesus Christ. (Joshua) Amen: He doesn't believe in God. Now I know there is that verse in the scripture about they went out from us because they were never really of us. (1 John 2:19)  In the end you can't put your faith in yourselves because you did not create yourselves. Again to stress you know the word of God says lean not on your own understanding. If we were to look at the evils of this life sure we can conclude to give up on God and be one with the world. Then we may start believing in evolution and men's own evolving. But what does he evolve into? He is getting worst as a human being. Talking about sin. I know the gospel says we are wonderfully made. PSALM 1:39  The evils today present are comparable to the days of Noah. Sure technology increases greatly but it comes with great risks too. Just look at all the diseases in the world. Look at the pollution. Look at the evils of nuclear wars. How will that conclude? Global World war #3 as prophesied!  The very truth is you can’t take your next breath without a creator. He rules all things but man thinks he does.

Again I feel this fellow David Lynn was talking to seems to put his faith in the world. I give him credit as he engaged in an interesting healthy conversation of profound dialogue which was interesting, detailed and descriptive. To me he's someone that is putting his trust/faith and his/this life in men/this world instead of a true creator whom has revealed himself through his son the lord Jesus Christ and the glory of the gospel. Again as hard as it seems lean not on your own understanding. As said prior he said he used to be a pasture but seemed to wrongly identify certain scripture numbered verses as David did make/clarify corrections. The video is long and you can watch it yourselves and I do encourage you to seek the God of Israel/The bible (kjv). As written let God be true and all men liars. Romans 3:4 kjv

"4 in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." (2 Corinthians 4:4 ; Revelation 12:9 )

P.S You know the fellow in the yellow shirt that David Lynn was speaking with was referring to gay people and said that it's impossible for them to change. You know the gospel and the Lord Jesus Christ changed many people. He Jesus took 12 fisherman and made them Fishers of Men. There are countless testimonies of people who changed. Even people that had near death experiences. Change is possible. In essence  we are talking about people's feelings but particularly per-versions that is not natural. Woman may abort/murder babies legally in mans eyes but not Gods. God holds even the male to judgment. You may think "so what" if God says to repent. When you come to the Lord biblical Jewish Jesus Christ and you put your faith in him the impossible becomes possible. Greater is he that is in you that is in the world. Pray as there is only one mediator between God & man. 1 Timothy 2:5

If you are gay please consider giving the gospel a chance. Try reading it. Try praying. Forget what others say  as they may try to discourage you. Try it. Go ahead. YOU CAN!

Christ is no liar but the devil is!!!! Are you really SAVED? Wake up NOW!!! Get saved!

You are dead without Gods light

Updated 9:44 am September 21, 2020 & 12:44 noon

September 19th 2020 6.06 pm / Updated 9:44 pm & 11.21 pm

John 3:19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” Now let's look at it can a human truly understanding since the beginning when humans walked the Earth why did God create man in this fallen state. He/man creates wars which murders and perceived not the light of God. And while pondering and doing so you might ask yourselves a host of questions such as why would God created dinosaurs. These were such huge animals that would have been a threat to mankind. And of course since the first century knowledge increased as we have space exploration and know that the universe is huge but why is there not life in many other galaxies? I'm sure the astronauts/NASA probably think there is. Could God have created the Earth only with human life? Perhaps. I don't think Christ died on any other planet for the sins of the world! John 3:16

If we could understand the spirit given by God to humans including God's true attributes, character & nature by the things written/even made and by the things of which the Messiah taught when he was on Earth then perhaps we might shed a little bit of light on the truth which most people cannot accept. We are without excuse by the things created as it is written in the gospel. Romans 1:20 kjv

The Bible tells us that Adam and Eve sinned. It also tells us that the devil use to be an angel perfect in beauty but pride was found in him. Christ said he was a liar and murder from the beginning. He convinced Eve if she ate from the tree of knowledge and of good and evil that she would not die but be as God with the eyes open. Is this a mystery novel or human fiction? The word of God says let every man be a liar and God be true. Romans 3:4 What is written is truth (kjv). After the fall God seen it fit to create a physical environment called the Earth which is actually a planet. He gave men everything he needs to survive including a spirit, water, air including sunlight. He provided plants with every kind of seeds of life for food. Even Fish! He even gave men a helper being a woman. Since the woman obeyed the serpent God made her labor pains painful. He said man will live/work by the sweat of his brow as Adam sinned.

The word of God tells us about all the prophets, including Noah, Isiah and the great flood. The word of God tells us in the end days it shall be like the day of Noah. What do we see in society and around the world as reported in media? and in real life? Exactly what is written in the word of God? Man is not getting better but worst and more sinful.

You might look into the world and imagine/see the vast distance between Nation to Nation and a world's circumference being huge and then find Gods word hard to believe/comreprehend. You might think that some of the things written inprophecy cannot be so because you are blind. You need spiritual insight to see and many people are blinded by the God of this world.  (2 Corinthians 4:4 ; Revelation 12:9 Of course God is telling the truth written in his word. The human heart being that spirit of Rebellion needs to be submissive to God. That is why Christ told Nicodemus a man must be born again to see the Kingdom of God. John 3:3

See when the biblical Jewish no pagan Jesus Christ told Nicodemus that a man must be born again it had great truth and significance. Humans are born with a sinful nature. As the Lord Jesus Christ said you can do nothing without me. He said branches that don't obey me/him are cut off and cast into the fire where the worm dies not and the fires never quenched.  Below let look at scripture about Gods light.

Matthew 6:22

New King James Version

The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light."

Reference also.

Luke 11:34 - "The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness."

Referenced: Matthew 5:15 kjv

"Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp-stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house."

QUOTE

"Referring to himself, Jesus again claims to be Light of the World in John 9:5, during the miracle of healing the blind at birth, saying: When I am in the world, I am the Light of the World. This episode leads into John 9:39 where Jesus metaphorically explains that he came to this world, so that the blind may see."

John 11:9 King James Version

"9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world." He is in Christ (Amen) God has opened the eyes of such a person to see what he saw and know him. A friend of the world becomes God's enemy. James 4:4

Without being in Christ Jesus (Saved/born again) you have no life in you. He is the way, the life and the truth. He is the light of the world.

What will it profit you to gain the whole world and perish? So many are blind with sin / deception & rebellion and hate the TRUE light yet even blind reprobates claim to be believers when they follow counterfeit for the most part. Again, when you are in Christ you see what he saw. Could you understand he knew that which blinds men? Can you imagine the dynamics and implications of this? Darkness is void of the light. Outer darkness is void of the light forever. He came that the blind and even blind deceived may see. Satin blinds them and leads them astray. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. You must believe the gospel and get truly saved. Christ is no liar but the devil is!!!! Are you really SAVED? Wake up NOW!!! Get saved!

For that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first

Rise in crime since police defunding

Minneapolis City Council alarmed by surge in crime months after voting to defund the police  as reported on Fox News.

"The Minneapolis Police Department’s crime data shows a rise in assaults, robberies and homicides, as well as property crimes and arson, according to Minnesota Public Radio. More people have been killed in the city in the first nine months of 2020 than those slain in all of last year."

Fox News link

I wrote about this before and said we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12 There is a disobedience in the human heart that is a terror unto good works. It is unable to obey the Lord because it knows him not and it is in rebellion to his/God's gospel and direction. John 10.10 He came that we would have life. What life? A life with minimal sin and in Christ. A life submissive to the gospel. Hopefully a life that learns and even becomes holy. We are not perfect but stand a great chance when we can be a disciple or true Christian in Christ Jesus. He said branches that don't obey him are cut off and cast into the fire. What fire. Hell fire!!

Ruben Israel streamed a live show on September 16, 2020 regarding the war on police. He is a street preacher with many years of experience.

Since Ruben Israel show on this I must say that I knew this would happen. Police are being harmed and hurt because of the rebellion in the United States and perhaps around the world and in various places. These are wicked sinners that don't obey God. God says to forgive and pray you are not led into temptation. Matthew 6:13 God is the judge and he administers his punishment for crimes though whatever process is acceptable to him. If a person dies in their sin they will be going to hellfire. Yes, hell is real. It is impossible for God to lie.

Now I just wanted to update you on this issue. This is not GOOD. This is horrible. The great falling away is here but people don't believe what is written.

Now even another incident happened with police:

Phoenix police search for second suspect in 'ambush-style shooting' of Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper | Fox News

Arizona police are searching for a second suspect involved in an “ambush-style shooting” of an officer on Thursday morning, state troopers announced.

A silver Infinity pulled up to an unmarked car on Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, in which an Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) detective sat. A passenger got out of the Infinity and opened fire on the detective, who returned fire, according to a report.

I would not suggest defunding the police. You don't pay back evil with evil. People reject the truth with vengeance. That resistance is the result of "I never knew you" when you pass or on judgment day when you hear those words.

Whomsoever the stone falls on will grind him to powder

September 14, 2020 5:22 pm / 8:44 pm / Update 9:44 am September 15/2020

The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner:

I WILL MAKE YOU FISHERS OF MEN

I came across this bible passage where I heard M-21-43/44 below is extracted as used as replacement theology by some religions. Dr. Brown has a talk about such and that made me visit this passage again. When one reads it taking into account whom Christ was directing in reference this parable too he was addressing the issue at hand and it makes sense what he was talking about. Even in a commentary that I found in research they access it the same way I though it would be and they tackle the meaning in a unique way. So the bible passage herein.

"Does the Church replace Israel in God’s redemptive plan? Or is it even a fair question to ask? What do the Scriptures say?" Here is the video by Doctor Brown. Below the scripture and a look at commentary thereof.

Has The Church

Replaced Israel?

Matthew 21 33 to 46 King James Version

"33 Hear another parable: There was a certain householder, which planted a vineyard, and hedged it round about, and digged a wine-press in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country:

34 And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive the fruits of it.

35 And the husbandmen took his servants, and beat one, and killed another, and stoned another.

36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did unto them likewise.

37 But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

38 But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance.

39 And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto those husbandmen?

41 They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons.

42 Jesus saith unto them, did ye never read in the scriptures, the stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes?

43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

45 And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

46 But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet."

___________________________________________

Now I was looking for specific commentaries on this parable. I heard some of it is used as a way to extract replacement theology also known as super-session-ism used to perhaps twist/bend scripture. Seen Doctor Browns video discussion of such yesterday now above.  And I heard the explanation for such but the devil was always a liar as we know from scripture what occurred/occurs in due time. So of course, there is going to be twisting/and deceit as there has been in the past. (Fulfillment theology)? Perhaps fulfillment for true Christianity. Not paganism. How would Satin bring in what is written (N.W.O) (mark of the beast) if there were not lying and deceit. Satin has a plan and it opposes the messiah.  Satin is the prince/God of this world. If Jesus said that the Kingdom of God shall be taken away from you and given unto some other Nations bringing forth much fruit what Nations and what fruits are these? What other Nations? Many nations and the fruits are saved souls being gentiles and other believers. Preachers would rise from many avenues and they have as they preached that word. This would also provoke the Jews to jealously and some would find salvation in Jesus. We know that Israel will come to believe one day. Christ is going to rule one day as his Kingdom comes into being on earth but not as the new world order. In due time as he said himself, he will come in the clouds of heaven and it will be obvious to the whole world at that time. A spiritual battle will ensue also at the time.

Look what Pulpit commentary said: "Ye shall no longer be God's peculiar people; your special privileges shall be taken away. A nation. The Christian Church, the spiritual Israel, formed chiefly from the Gentile peoples (Acts 15:141 Peter 2:9). The fruits thereof of the kingdom of God, such faith, life, good works, as become those thus favored by Divine grace."

So what is the answer in summary? As I was writing this I was given John 3:16 God so loved the world? Who's WILL shall be done? GODS!

I've come across this commentary analysis below by Sharon H. Ringe which I find interesting.

Lectionary:  RCL

Reading:  Gospel Reading

Commentary on Matthew 21:33-46

When people in authority challenged Jesus, he often responded to their challenges with a parable. If those challenging him didn't get the first parable, he'd give them a second one. Today's Gospel lection is just such a second parable addressed to the challenge posed by the chief priests and elders about the source of Jesus' authority (21:23-27). The parable begins with a situation that was business as usual in Roman-occupied Palestine. A landowner established a vineyard complete with a fence, a wine-press, and even a watchtower. He then became an absentee landowner, returning to his own country as often happened in the far-flung territories of the Roman Empire. Tenants were in charge of overseeing the productivity of the vineyard and paying their rent to the owner at harvest time, in the form of a share of the produce. So far, so good: business was working as usual. Then everything came apart!

When the owner's slaves arrived to collect his share of the produce, the tenants attacked them, even beating one and killing another. The owner of the vineyard then simply sent another delegation of slaves to collect the rent. Hmm... this is not normal!

Those slaves were treated even worse than the first. Surely by now the owner would send in troops or some form of armed enforcement of his rights! But no, instead he sends his son, thinking by some logic that the thugs who have abused two delegations of slaves will respect the owner's son and heir. How foolish! In parallel folly the tenant's reason that if they kill the son, they will get his inheritance. Apparently unaware of how ridiculous their notion is, they kill the son.

Are you still playing along with the parable? I hope so, because the punch line is almost here. Jesus asks his audience (the chief priests and elders), "Now when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?" The answer is obvious, and the tenants offer it: "He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and lease the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the produce at the harvest time" (verse 41).

Whether the answer is given in a gloating voice or as a lament in fear and trembling depends on where those listening see themselves -- us -- in the story, and therein lays the catch. The chief priests and elders probably see themselves in the role of the landowner, caught in his own merciful response to those in his charge. They would be able to actually own land, and to have others manage it for them while they were busy with their administrative tasks in Jerusalem. They would see the servants as their subordinates and themselves as the real victims of the unscrupulous tenants, and they would be ready and even eager to pronounce judgment on them.

We who are Christians, on the other hand, have tended to read the parable seeing God as the landowner and the temple leaders as the thoroughly evil tenants who are defrauding God of the rightful fruits of God's covenant with Israel. In this allegory, the groups of servants are Israel's prophets and Jesus is the son.

We, in turn, are the "other tenants" to whom the "vineyard" will be given after it is taken from the Jerusalem leaders who have not managed it well (Isaiah 5:1-7). Seen as an allegory of salvation history from Matthew's perspective, even to the point of depicting Jesus, who would be crucified outside of Jerusalem, as the son who is killed outside of the vineyard, this parable becomes an opening salvo from Jesus himself, justifying our claims against the Jewish leaders and even against Judaism as a whole.

Before we buy either of the traditional readings, though, we need to step back and look at it again. Perhaps neither allegory is the best way to approach this parable. Our confusion about how to read this parable is built into its role and place in Matthew's Gospel. This exchange between Jesus and the chief priests and elders is set in Jerusalem near the end of Jesus' ministry. This final section of the Gospel before the passion narrative gazes' stereo-optically at Jesus' own life and ministry and at the church that will carry on his witness to God's reign after Jesus' approaching passion, death, and resurrection.

Jesus' collision with the Jerusalem leadership is a thread running through the whole Gospel, just as the church would later be in conflict with the synagogue as both communities attempted to deal with the consequences of the destruction of Jerusalem and of the temple. The arguments between them were most often not about religious practices, but about the temple leaders' collusion with exploitative economic and social policies of the Roman Empire, and later over different ways of negotiating life under that Empire in the church and the synagogue from which it was "called out" (ekklesia).

Jesus' citation of Psalm 118:22-23 (verse 42) does not rebut the verdict the leaders have pronounced on the tenants, but rather it refocuses the discussion. The issue is no longer the old "vineyard," but rather a totally new structure of which Jesus himself is the "cornerstone." That structure is God's reign or empire, which Jesus has been proclaiming from the beginning of his ministry and which the church will continue to proclaim in Jesus' name.

This parable does not use the story to set forth the surprising nature and qualities of God's reign, as do so many others in the Gospels. Its focus is rather on the futility of debates about, and maintenance programs for, the institutions of this age. Even the terms of God's relationship to God's own people are new. This puzzling parable pulls us forward toward that unknown future in which we will be both blessed and judged, and about which we know only that it is anchored in Jesus Christ.
