Open discrimination and assault against Preacher

May 21. 2020 2:44 pm

VIDEO

Video time: 0 - 12.18  My review of this preaching/video/David Lynn Preaching.

The video opens with a woman interacting with pasture David Lynn and she says maybe what he should do is take his opinions and pack up his microphone and take his quote "bull-shit opinions" somewhere else. In other words get lost. In other words stop preaching the word of God as we don't want to hear what you have to say. Does she speak for everyone and does she have knowledge as God instructed preachers to preach the word of God among-st wolves and unto the ends of the world.

Pastor David Lynn said somebody called his religion which is biblical Christianity quote "shit". Some woman said he should go preach in a church building. You know Christ preached outside in open fields as did the apostles and the disciples of Jesus Christ. People seem to think that preaching is only to happen in buildings. It is written the kingdom of God comes not by observation. It is also written 1 Corinthians 3:16, KJV: "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" .. The lord Jesus Christ paid a mighty price for sin and that is for everybody. Call upon his name and gets saved. You can reap the whole world and perish as hell is a real place.

Either if pastor David Lynn preaches on the street and to/inn a lesbian and gay community or in the neighborhood that is not you will always get people that are argumentative before they even hear what is being preached and such don't give it a fair chance by really listening and understanding the gospel message. And since David was arrested he seems to strive/make his point/case in the gay community in Toronto that such people are opposing the gospel as these are the ones that are hating and unwilling to listen. Its not him. He's giving them a chance to speak and sometimes they do well in voicing their opinions but at the end of the day there are people stuck in their narrow view or worldly viewpoint. They just don't get it. I sometimes for example liken it too somebody perhaps a student that had a math equation in math class that they just couldn't get. Even with the finest of teachings/teachers they still don't get it. Until one day years later it finally sinks in. Some people don't have the ears to listen. Have you ever watched/seen people like chef Ramsay and the diligence he pours out to wannabe chefs that just can't listen or understand. Let alone when chef Ramsey's goes to businesses that are going out of business being food and restaurant establishments and investigates their failing process what he often discovers is incredible carelessness. They have gone on to become stubborn and unprofessional and like a stack of cards eventually everything comes tumbling down. Christ often made the analogy that if people had ears to listen and eyes to really see they might be saved and come to know him. He said those whom as offended by him so will he be offended by them in front of his father.

Now to get on with the video. There is a woman that is sort of pressing up against pastor David Lynn and he is saying you are intruding in my space. He's making that point. You know that old saying don't speak about religion and politics. That is like saying don't preach the gospel because I don't want to hear what you have to to say. Don't rise in parliament as politicians and ask questions nor do your job. Let sin be sin. We don't care until one day when you want God and he does not appear to be there. You kicked him out.

God really does exist and people so much want to make their point more then hearing what God has to say in the gospel being his word. We can understand dialogue and perhaps a healthy debate but shouting and then in your face sort of situations just makes things tense and defies the purpose. The woman has verbally abusive language and that seems acceptable and she even makes the point about being a woman and sort of looked down upon. But that is not really what David is getting at as he's preaching the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is a problem with communication, anger and ignorance. This woman seems a little ticked off  this preacher is preaching against things God calls an abomination to him. She is assuming he may be preaching something he is not. She does not like the area he is preaching in. David told the woman if she calms down he will let her speak and she implies that because "I am a woman and you are a man" you don't care to sort of flee/listen to me. Sort of fire on fire. Things sort of start getting off topic. The woman threatens David that C.T.V will quote "be on his ass." He asked her if she has a question but she is just interested in making her accusations against the preachers preaching. She thinks that he is bashing gay people. Is it true God is not okay with it? Yes.  I wonder if she's aware of that. I wonder if she's really a believer or not. She ends up walking away at first and David says you come here as a bully and start harassing me but she never seems to ask a question or engage in healthy dialogue. She does come back and make her point eventually with some more clarity. She's strictly against the gospel and David's preaching. It's an offence to her. The gospel offends because it is the word of God and convicts people of sin. She might not see it that way. But still there needs to be better dialogue and ears that hear. She eventually comes back and she accuses David of not letting her speak because he is so confident in himself that he can't accept a diverse opinion. That's not true though. She is so flaring in your face kind of like with a Jezebel spirit and he wants to hear and understand what's on her mind that she really does not hear. He wants clarity from her to see just exactly what is her differing opinion. But she just so wants to get in his face like somebody who is always right. He's willing to listen to her but she doesn't calm down at first. She makes the point that David is out there bashing gay people and doing it the wrong way and that is not love of God. She says that he's passive aggressive and that turns people off sort of to speak. He's not insulting gay people but simply preaching the gospel. Of course people are going to be offended and in a gay or lesbian community because they've accepted that way of life that they see as normal to them. But the God who created them said in his word that it is filth, sin and rebellion and such will lead them to damnation. He the lord Jesus Christ said to go among-st wolves and preach the gospel. That is what pasture David Lynn is doing. As she walks away this time David says through his microphone that she is religiously discriminating. She sort of made her own point or narrow-minded view that this is not what people of God do. God says he will puke out the lukewarm church out of his mouth or the lukewarm congregation. Even the lukewarm preacher. Sin is hate. They don't see that and true men and women of God stand up for the gospel and not against the filth of the world. Of course David is preaching and downtown the crowd loved what the woman had to say. They cheer. Will they be cheering on Judgement Day or will there be weeping and gnashing of teeth?

Now as the video plays on there is a man who grabs the microphone out of David's hands but David yanks it back towards him and actually gives him a chance to speak. He accuses him of hate as being out there every day and preaching the gospel. Then he gets into the abortion issue and talks about a woman that was raped and that she should have the choice to abort the child/baby. The problem is they don't understand the gospel and don't really have spiritual insight nor discernment. Sin is sin. Rape is evil and it is sin. Christ said to love your enemy and go two miles with him/her. That is another issue though. When David attempts to answer the man's frustration with rape he seems not able to listen. He has a little bit of anger. David tells him that it's 1% of people that have that problem. David asked him "why can't you listen to me". The man walks away and David makes the point that when people are confronted by truth they can't handle it and they get agitated. In other words they just can't listen. Have you ever been in a university as a student and a professor was giving a lecture in a lecture hall and very few people actually understood what he/she said let alone "really" listened. As humans sometimes we form our own opinions and in doing so we become narrow-minded. We're so bent on our own way and that is all we see. David tells the crowd when the magnifying glass shines on their worldly views and or on their own opinions they can't handle the truth. In other words people hate truth. People hate God. You know that phrase "ignorance loves company". That is the sad reality of not being able to listen. In this case David's preaching the gospel and it's not really a debate. But since he had this problem of preaching in the gay and lesbian community I guess he wants to overcome this problem with people being hateful and not really listened to him preaching. They take it as preaching against gays and lesbians and they see it as hate. God sees what they do as sin and abominations. God sees what they do as hatred/disrespect for God. So David says that they run away and they spew their hate against his religion by calling it "BS". So pasture David Lynn gets on by telling the crowd that people can do what they want to do. They can follow the religion/things they desire. They can do all sorts of evils such as rape and other crimes but there will be consequences. He tells them that the Bible tells us so. Yes, God's word tells us so. So David tells them unless they have Jesus Christ in their lives they will end up in hell. Truly God is a merciful God but he's also a God of Justice. In some words God is not a respecter of persons and those things that men and women highly esteem God sees them as abominations. So David tells the crowd that the wages of sin is death and this goes for everyone including politicians, police officers, gay people, and basically all sorts of people. No one is exempt. So David makes the point that the gift of God is eternal life but only through the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 6:23

Now at 6:40 in the video a woman says what if I want to play with poo. She's going to get at if gay people want to do what they do then leave them alone sort of thing. David tells her that playing with poo is nasty and if you want to be nasty that's your choice but it will have consequences. So David makes the point that if you feel that it's okay to put all these signs in my city, meaning of these gay signs and then you give me your hypocritical point not to stand on a street corner and preach the gospel this is wrong. He says you are pushing your ways of life on me and my children and others who don't want that and you are a hypocrite. Some people are so opinionated that they just don't see. Real love (+Eternal) the way God meant it is not carnal. People could say I love you but it may be untrue. People use that word loosely. He/David just wants to be able to preach the gospel and to have a crowd that can listen and not be so offended. See David says that a lot of their ungodly ways of life are advertised and glorified in music and other ways. He's making the point that you don't want to hear my preaching on a street corner but you push your viewpoint on many people. It's true and done in concerts as when they sing such songs with filthy lyrics. They do it subliminally. It's done in many ways. The woman makes her point "how about you do you and I will be me". In other words you go be good and follow the gospel and leave me alone/them alone with this sort of lifestyle. What happens to an alcoholic who just can't understand that is selfish and it's an intoxicating way of life. Eventually people drive drunk and get other people killed or injured. It's selfish. The preacher was told by the Lord Jesus Christ to go preach the gospel and to turn people from Satan onto God. David is right as he says you're telling me what to believe and you put it in movies and then music. When you're lost in the world and those worldly ways you just don't see it. Do you think even after saying those things those people will understand. Some eventually come to understand and others may years later. Some may die in their sins and perish. So basically David is trying to make the point you don't want to hear my preaching but you're pushing your world view points in my face and in the face of others such as my children but you just don't see that there's a double standard. The woman says the flag of the LGBT community is not her flag and she's not a member of theirs. You know if I had to say it's like Sodom and Gomorrah as they thought what they were doing was acceptable. God rained down Brimstone and fire and destroy those cities because what they were doing was unacceptable/evil sin. Those gay communities are liken to Sodom and Gomorrah in a way that they have created their own community of rebellion against a true holy God but they don't see it a sin. What can you do but preach to them. If the blind lead the blind both will fall into a ditch. Matthew 15.14 Now the woman makes reference to space and wanting a viewpoint serving everyone. In other words a way whereas you let bygones be bygones and in the end everybody is happy. But this is not God's way. This is a mirage and illusion. It does not cancel out sin or make things better nor correct. So pastor David Lynn makes the point that if you don't like what I'm saying just walk on by and don't stop. He makes the point that deep down inside they are offended. You see they think that love is standing up for gay people and the gay community and standing against the preacher. But what they are really doing is standing for sin and standing against the true holy God that does exist. David says that he got arrested at Church and Wellesley because he said "I love you". I guess he was telling the gay community being those gay people that he loves them. That is really another issue that happened but he's trying to make the point that there's a double standard and that they are so offended they won't listen and hear his preaching. As a woman tells him there's a church over there and over there. In other words a building where people can come and if they want to hear the preacher and the preaching people can do so. And he/David is saying that there's a bedroom over there and a bedroom over there and you could sort of go to your bedroom if you don't want to hear. Many shut the door on God and in his face and there comes a day when they are in trouble and they wonder where God is. But they don't remember the day they shut the door in God's face and sometimes on his anointed preacher. Interesting to note that God's word says you can reap the whole world and Perish.

SUMMARY

So the basic point is that people don't like the preaching and David is trying to overcome preaching in the gay and lesbian community. He's trying to clarify his position as a preacher that preaches the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. In a way it may be effective but in another way it might just seem to some like a waste of time. The word of God does not return void. See the word of God convicts anyway's.

I remember years ago when I was a young man an employer told me one of the problems I had I kept apologizing for the past in interviews. I was very young. In retrospect this sort of seems to be a 20/20 catch situation. Should David apologize for preaching the gospel? No! I hate to say it but its sort of like a broken record. You're always going to get the people that are offended by the preaching especially in an LGBT community. I guess it's not an easy place to preach. I heard another preacher saying it's the devil strong point. So you have to understand David's point even when he shows people love they get so offended. Why? Because they are defending the LGBT community. They are saying leave us alone and don't preach here. But David makes the basic point  why do you put up these gay flags (rainbow colors) and put your sinful ways of life in music & movies. David is saying there's a double standard as you are teaching my children your sinful ways but you don't see that nor do you care. David tells a woman  you are being a hypocrite. David says/make the point the LGBT community does not include heterosexuals. He's trying to make the point that it is self-serving. He just wants to preach the gospel but not all people want to hear it. David makes a point if you're about inclusion/reference to the woman's viewpoint why was I being charged for preaching and saying "I love you." In other words you do one thing or say one thing but there is a double standard. They don't want to hear the preaching and they want to be left alone in those communities. Yes there is a double standard.  The woman says that the reason he is really there is it take away what people have worked really hard for. Really? He's there to preach the gospel. These people are rebellious and sinful. But they don't accept that or see that. When their sinful ways rube off on others they are content because it establishes/reinforces their ways/their world viewpoint/lifestyle.

The word of God tells us in the Bible that the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.  The Lord Jesus Christ said repent or perish. Blessed is he that is not ashamed of me is what Christ said. He said blessed are you when people offend you and insult you for my names sake. Great will be your reward in heaven for so likewise they did do also unto the prophets that were before you. Blessed is he or she that can hear the word of God. You know we wrestle not against flesh and blood as just that the scripture do tells us but these people don't see that let alone want to hear/nor see. The Bible says to lift up thy voice and preach that gospel. Christ said I leave you peace but not as the world does. He also says the world hated him because he testified of its evil deeds.

Bless Pasture David Lynn and may people come to hear and see. AMEN

There is a video by Ruben Israel the street preacher which is valuable advice for street preachers HERE

There is another video from David Lynn that is interesting. Very good dialog there. People believe in spirituality instead of the true God. They also have painted Christ into one that suits their positions of the world. Some people even though lost can think at times. That is good. But David explains the sperm meets the egg reproduction in the way that the sperm knows if need to fertilize that egg. God is real and many people have been blinded. There will be judgment after this life. God is real and if only people could understand that.

That other video is HERE
