Disciples of Christ - Deny themselves

Matthew 16:24-26 King James Version (KJV)

24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Recently I been pondering and reading somewhat about denying thy self and picking up your cross. Besides what I wrote below in the past I do agree the main reason is to do God's will and not your own. So you answer the way Christ would have or you say nothing but pray when people abuse you or mistreat you verbally or otherwise. The truth is there is so much that can be done even in modern society to deny yourselves. For instance movies that are wicked and go against the body of Christ which are sinful you would deny yourself. Smoking, Alcohol, Swearing and being worldly. Deny yourself the works of the flesh. NOW.. picking up your cross is also to do God's will but that cross means to live in Christ and protect, proclaim and pray. You would use the word of God being the 66 books of the gospel as the sword of the mouth and uphold the gospel. Picking up your cross you obey the master being Jesus Christ as he is the high priest and love people, forgive people but you are not one with/a friend of the world. You have to come out of the world and the world will hate you for this. You in essence live holy and not defiled. You can learn as the holy spirit will teach you and guide you how to achieve this.

Why deny thyself. We follow after the messiah, his words and his instruction. You want to be a disciple of the lord then YOU must deny yourselves. Your souls are at stack and the price of a soul is priceless. Satin enslaves people in many many ways. It is written that a follow/loved by the world makes you an enemy of God. There is a profound reason for such. The things you cannot let go is just the hold Satin has on your souls. As Christ said a man/woman MUST lose their lives to find it. What does that mean? What did Christ tell Peter when he was influenced by the devil? That Satin thinks of the things that be of man and not God. Many want in just by saying I believe without an effort. They cannot understand it is IMPOSSIBLE to serve TWO masters. Many are over time convinced that it is possible. Jesus Christ said you have to hate your life to find it. When God brings you through the maze of trails later you may hate the things you once liked that were worldly. When the holy spirit directs your life you will grow spiritually and you should be reading your bibles and studying the word of God. God's word tells us to study it and take an interest in God's living word. There was a point on the cross when Christ felt abandonment by his father. You should not be discouraged as the devil/his wicked workers will want to bring you down. Always refresh that mind and remember "Greater is he inside You than he in the world". When and if you have been what is referred to as "Born again" than change will come as well as biblical and spiritual understanding/insight. You must walk in the light that men reject.  Christ is the light of the world and don't forget that. He and the father are one (Amen). It is equally important to pray and go into your room and pray directly to God. Don't ramble on as this is easy to do for humans. God is holy and try to remember that when praying. Jesus said God knows what we will ask even before we ask. What parent on earth has this capability unless someone told them you are going to ask for something.

You don't do it to earn favor with God/no works. You do it because it is written God's will is for you to remain unstained from the wicked ways of the world. You in your spirit have to renew that mind, set your mind/thoughts on things from above and walk in newness. You may hear it said everything was nailed to the cross and you are a horrible sinner that once saved needs to do nothing more. Not so. We are under grace but Christ is all about righteousness. A man who puts his hands on the plow and looks back is not fit for The Kingdom Of God. You are too work out your salvation with FEAR & TREMBLING. In other words you must put on the mind of Christ and shun fornication. The whiles of the devil are deep. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. There are principalities of evil and wickedness in high places. You MUST know all things are possible with God and so when his spirit helps you it will give you the determination and perhaps inspire you to shun fornication. You MUST put On that mind those things that be of God/Christ and remember what Eve did was disobey by the cunning craftiness/deception of the serpent. You may not be perfect but you will be guided by God's spirit/pray to follow up. What does it prophet a man/woman to gain the whole world and forfeit their own soul. When you lose your souls one day those wicked friends that upheld fornication or the world you followed won't be beside you. And we know we if saved were once on the same path so pray for them. God created hell for the wicked whom are persistent in their sins against HIM. You probably will be in too much torment in hell to be able to think as it will be too late when you are turned into the Tar sent to hell.

It is true that there is an unseen world that is extremely cunning and wicked to the core. And we must understand as some have come to understand because God opened their eyes to this wicked evil deception. I know there are times we really enjoy life and celebrate it as well as everything is NOT negative. But we must walk in the light men reject. Again you don't do it to earn salvation or favor with God. How could this better be explained? Christ said the least must be first and the first least. God hates PRIDE. Pride is the enemy of God.  In fact the disciples of Christ gave up their carnal lives to follow Christ. If you have it they picked up their crosses even before Christ was on the cross and it was no easy task for them. They were chosen. One was a devil of course. Adam and Eve disobeyed. Christ teaching are extremely important and he told those parables because the carnal minds of people could not embrace the truth walk which is not of the world but of God. Be extremely careful in being saved and following the world regardless. In your spirit you must ponder "righteousness" and think no evil. You need to set your minds on things from above. People work out to keep fit. God is not  a man that he should/would lie. You MUST seek God in spirit & truth and pick up your crosses and follow after the lord. Of course it is written there is no condemnation in Christ but we need to be that good servant that stays the course. It is no easy task but the devil is a roaring lion. The words of God will NEVER pass away as they are true.

Street Preacher Arrested - Freedom of speech undermined

Just as pastures that preach in Churches street preachers preach on the streets. Some are effective and some are not as good at it as others are. I’ve seen them out there and admire their stance to spread the gospel of the glory of Jesus Christ. They are sometimes assaulted and they work in many parts of different Countries/Cities. There is a loss of freedom of speech because of all the various things that have been propelled since 911. Of course there are many other reasons and laws that pertain to them. I’ve seen/reviewed countless videos of such and seen the levels of rejection and hatred for spreading the gospel. Street preachers are realizing that freedoms are being taken away and one needs to consult with the best of them to ask them what they experience and how they deal with it. They are disciples of Jesus Christ regardless as they are trying to bring the gospel to people. To get a better idea of what they go through one needs to ask them and review their video's. The bible brings great blessings and changes to countless lives. There is lawlessness in today’s societies across the world like never before because people have abandoned the bible, God’s laws. 

Recently a preacher in Great Britain was arrested for preaching the gospel. This preacher was arrested and driven far away and released later. Street preachers sometimes work with lawyers and police as well. Not all. But freedoms are being threatened. So I am posting the videos related to this event and may elaborated more in-depth later. Unfortunately I hear bad things about Great Britain and how they are been effected by these bad events/changes. They say Europe is going through similar problems to. We know the West has experienced similar problems of evils as well. The evil day is here Christ spoke of.

In the meanwhile Jesus Christ (Yeshua) is REAL. He is the Christ of the bible. He and the father are one. He is REAL and not myth. Please pray for street preachers and I would hope that in these difficult times they don't loss hope as their reward will be GREAT one day. God sends them out as sheep among-st wolves as Jesus Christ himself said.

Freedoms of speech are no doubt being undermined in these end times/end days. Even journalists/reporters are attacked and killed. Just recently Lyra McKee, a 29-year-old journalist and author, was shot and killed during rioting. The answer is the gospel (BIBLE). Laws are been passed that go more and more against the word of God. We were told this would be the case. There would be a great falling away and people would have itchy ears is what the bible reveals. Morals are going out the window and one just needs to read the newspapers or watch the news on the television to see the evils manifesting around the world in different Countries let alone the terrorism and war threats we hear about is devastating to say the least.
